AI workflows built around the work your firm already does.
Off-the-shelf AI tools are good at generic tasks and poor at yours. We build workflows around one specific, repeatable job in an environmental consulting firm — a deliverable, a review step, a proposal process, a QA pass — using the models and Microsoft tools you already license. Each build is scoped to that job, tested on your real documents, and handed over with the review rules your senior staff need to trust it.
Three kinds of build
- Lightweight
Lightweight
A single task, a single team. A structured prompt set, a Copilot agent or a small automation inside your Microsoft 365 tenant that removes a recurring hour or two of drafting, extraction or formatting. Live in weeks.
- Standard
Standard
A multi-step workflow with checks between steps: a document goes in, a reviewed draft or a populated template comes out, and a person signs off at the points that matter. Built for one practice area, extensible to others.
- Advanced
Advanced and custom
Agentic systems that carry a job across several tools, sources and approvals, with logging, permissions and a review trail. For firms with a clear, high-volume process and the internal owner to run it after handover.
How a build goes
We start from one task and the people who do it. A short scoping period sets the boundary of the build and what “good” looks like in your firm’s terms. We build against your real documents, review with the staff who’ll use it, and adjust until they’d put their name on the output. Handover includes documentation, a short training session and the review rules that go with the workflow.
After launch
Every build is owned by your firm and runs in your environment. We stay available for a defined period after handover to tune it as the team uses it, and we’re clear from the start about what you’ll need internally to keep it running.
Where the ideas come from
Most builds begin with a firm that already knows the task it wants to fix. When that isn’t clear, the AI workflow diagnostic finds it: a short review of where time goes and which tasks a build would actually pay for. Firms that start with Microsoft 365 Copilot training often arrive at a build once staff have seen what the tools can and can’t do on their own.
What we won’t build
- Anything that requires your clients’ confidential material to leave your environment.
- Anything that removes the human sign-off your deliverables depend on.
- A “black box” nobody in your firm can explain or own.
- A tool that duplicates what you already license well — if Copilot or an existing product does the job, we’ll say so.
Trusted by environmental firms
Questions firms ask first
What tools do you build with?
Primarily the Microsoft 365 and Azure services your firm already licenses, with the current models from Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic. We choose per task rather than by preference, and we don’t resell licences.
Does the workflow run in our environment?
Yes. Builds run in your tenant or an environment you control, under your IT team’s settings. FlipType doesn’t hold your client data.
How long does a build take?
Lightweight builds are typically live in weeks; standard and advanced builds are scoped after a short discovery period, and we give you a timeline before any work starts.
Do we need technical staff to own it?
For lightweight and standard builds, no; a capable project manager or senior consultant can own it with our handover. Advanced builds need an internal owner, and we’ll tell you if you don’t have one yet.
What if we’re not sure which task to start with?
Start with the AI workflow diagnostic. It’s designed to answer exactly that question before anyone commits to a build.
