Established in 1987 and based in Arizona, EEC offers a wide array of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of their clients, including government entities, military installations, industrial clients, and businesses throughout the Southwest.

EEC’s service areas encompass:

  • Environmental Services: These include facility and equipment decontamination, waste segregation and management, facility closure plans and reports, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, and stormwater permitting, reporting, and compliance
  • Flood Control and Drainage: EEC has expertise in all phases of flood control and drainage work, including comprehensive watershed master planning, drainage studies, and project-specific component design. They assist in obtaining Section 404 permits and conduct flood studies and floodplain delineations.
  • Site Development: EEC’s site development services include zoning and entitlements, site layout and lotting plans, floodplain analysis, surveys, water system design, wastewater system design, environmental surveys, and construction staking.

  • Transportation: The Transportation Group at EEC provides full-range planning and design services for roadway and air traffic needs, supporting the construction process from scoping meetings to construction staking and administration.
  • Water and Wastewater: This group prepares master plans and system evaluations for utility planning, designs for water and wastewater treatment plants, and provides construction management services.
